This is a translation for your convenience; the Italian version prevails.
Who handles your data
The data controller is Studio Horus Fotografia, VAT no. 04444150272, Via Mascagni 16, 30030 Robegano di Salzano (VE), Italy. For any question about your data, write to info@horusfotografia.it.
What data we collect
Requests from the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), service, date and venue of the event (optional), message. With the request we also record the first page of the visit and the kind of source (for example a search engine or a social network), with no identifier.
Reviews: the name you choose to publish, your email (never published) and the text.
Client galleries: the client’s name and email, to send the link; a log of the emails sent (recipient, subject, outcome); gallery visits and downloads, with the IP address pseudonymised (a code computed with a secret key, never the address itself); the email you leave if you ask to be told when the ZIP file is ready.
Visit statistics: pages viewed, the previous page, where the visit came from, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and clicks on phone, email, WhatsApp and social links. They use no cookies and record no IP address, browser or any code that recognises returning visitors.
Technical data: server logs, to keep the site working and secure.
Why we use it
To answer your requests and prepare a proposal (pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR): this is why we do not ask for your consent.
To deliver your photos through the galleries and provide the agreed service (contract, art. 6.1.b).
To publish your review, if you ask us to (consent, art. 6.1.a), which you can withdraw at any time.
To understand, with anonymous aggregated statistics, which pages and channels bring requests (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
To protect the site and the galleries from abuse and unauthorised access (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f).
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with others for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
We keep data only as long as needed. The site deletes it by itself, every day, at the deadlines below:
Contact requests: 12 months from our last exchange; if the event date is later, 12 months after the event.
Gallery visits and downloads, log of the emails sent: 12 months.
Email left to be told when the ZIP file is ready: until the file expires, 7 days at most.
Reviews: as long as they are published or until you ask us to remove them; unpublished ones, 12 months.
Galleries: online until the agreed expiry. Photos and galleries we delete stay 30 days in the trash, then they are removed with all their files.
Visit statistics, which contain no personal data: 25 months.
Who else can see it
Only the providers we need to run the site, appointed as data processors: OVHcloud (servers in Germany), the photo storage service and the email service we use to send emails. If a provider processes data outside the European Union, it does so under an adequacy decision of the European Commission or standard contractual clauses.
External content and services
YouTube or Vimeo videos load only if you choose to watch them: from then on, those services’ notices apply. Links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps open those services only when you tap them; until then they receive nothing from our site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw a consent you have given. If you believe your data is not handled correctly you can contact the Italian data protection authority (www.garanteprivacy.it).
